I think Beyonce is prettier, and she has the better voice.
As far as musical talent, I'd like to see either of them start writing songs and/or musical arrangements for their own songs.

Beyonce is is better looking, singing is probably a toss-up, but for my money, Katharine McPhee has them both beat in the looks and talent department. (except for dancin' ability)
