You can get them almost anywhere. BUT, if you order them online, no, they don't usually come in loud packages. It's usually discrete, with a name that doesn't sound stupid, like "Hal's Porn Products" which would tell everyone exactly what you bought. You can get stuff UNUSED on e-bay, check out a company called "passion parties" you can google them. I don't know about normal pharmacies, but you could ask or check it out.
