the gender of the baby is genetically determined by the sperm of the father. So is the chance of having twins or single baby. There isn't much you can do physically to help you conceive twins.

Genetics - but you could also try fertility treatment. You run the risk of having more than two there though.

fertility drugs will give you more than one birth at a time, but can't predict for twins specifically.

well u can never garantee but u can have fertility shots and go to fertility clinics and do genetic stuff.... thats how we have more twins now that ever
