No you are perfect just the way you are. I am 19 5'3 and weigh 170 I am overweight for my height you are the perfect for your height. don't let other people judge you. only you and god can judge yourself, People who judge are selfless and self centered and only care about themselves. If you feel you look good than you do. If you feel your overweight than speak to your doctor about A diet. I spoke to mine and He put me Ona low carb but he also told me the downfalls of the low carb diet. Kidney problems and etc..... You Need to listen to your heart and mind not to anyone else. First of all, the most important is that you are comfortable with your weight. You're not "fat". Everybody is built differently, different bone structures, so you shouldn't go by the number you see on your scale, but by how healthy you feel with your body. If you feel good, than thats great, what other ppl think shouldnt matter. If you feel like you should lose a couple of pounds, than start out slowly with a fun exercise, whether its walking your dog, or playing tennis. Drinking a lot of water and cutting back on sugar and junk food will also help.

don't worry i am also 13 but i weight a little less my weilght is 145 and mine shows because i am only 5'5
but a few month ago i was 159 lbs and just walk when u walk that will burn 1000 cal. for every mile u walk and u have to stop eating alot of junk food like what i did is limenting my intake of sweets to one sweet a day and if i can remenber correctly it was one month ago that is was 159 lbs.

and another thing u really don't need to lose weight u are not fat u might have a little bit of a stomch but if u don't then that would make u look ugly so don't worry every thing will be alright

I'm 14 years old 5'7 and 100 pounds. Don't let that make you think you are fat,because I am too skinny. You may be a little fat,but it'll probably even out in your next growth spurt.

Not fat. You could be thinner. Try some pilates, cardio, or since its summer, some lap swimming. Cut down on carbs, fats and junk food. Your are young - this should be easy. Good Luck.

well im 5"0 and i way bout 90-95 pounds mayb less but no more....trust ur self....and if u want 2 lose weight then eat right and exercise alot more just dont go makin ur self barf thats so discussting and it makes ur skin oily and white and u wont look any better

I believe that its not a matter of what u weight its if you're happy with the way you look....i mean u could be heavier but that doesn't matter as long as u are happy with the way u look

you're in practically the same situation as my sister. she's on weight watchers, trying to lose weight. you're technically overweight, yes, but don't dwell on it. if you start exercising significantly and eating ONLY WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY, you should have a decent amount of weight lost by september. (in your other question)
