But seriously, if you want to lose weight quickly and SAFELY, buy a spinning bike or join a gym that offers Spinning Classes. You go at your own speed and after a week you will feel better and better. And no TV, seriously, leave you TV off and you will not be as distracted.

There is no fast way to loose weight. This takes time. If you want to loose weight and most importantly keep it off then you have to do it the right way. No diet pills or vinegar. Eat smart and exercise regularly. Don't over due the alcohol consumption. You will feel 100% better once you change your lifestyle to a healthy one.

There's no easy answer. What has worked for me is eating healthy (stay away from snack and junk foods), eat lots of fruits and vegetables, do a little bit of exercise, and drink lots of water. A good and healthy dose of determination helps too, and don't be discouraged that you're not at the weight you want to be right at the moment. It takes time.

Fastest way? Walking 2 to 4 miles a day and no sugar, like soda, and enough water to keep you hydrated. I'll guarantee it.

My own experience shows that the best and easy way is running everyday, but running in a fast pace... you will burn more calories in less time. And then you can eat anything you want, but running everyday as fast as you can for 15 minutes will make a big difference in the first week... Peace out...

There really is no healthy way to do it. I guess you could starve your self, but eventually your body would get used to that and you would stop losing your weight. I would just cut the calorie intake.

Take those weight loss pills and go to Fitness places and exercise everyday ( My sisters do that).

count carbs on a regular basis, walk daily at least thirty minutes a day, and drink alot of water! Stay away from bread, and sugar!
