I need the name of the announcer who shouts that famous goal call.?

He's foreign of course. LOL. But I love his goal call. Whenever someone scores a goal he goes "GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL! NO-NO-NO-NO-NOOOOOOOOOOO." LOL I love that goal call.

Andres Cantor was the first latin announcer I ever heard use the long GOOOOLLL call. Tony Tirado also picked up where Andres left off. I am not sure if either of these two were involved with this past World Cup calls.
