Having had some damaged ft besides as a number of stress fractures, i will attest that there is no longer something a lot which will properly be executed for a stress fracture of the toe. If that's damaged, the taping human beings have suggested does artwork. If that's only a stress fracture, then wrapping the toe in tape ought to help, as compression often times facilitates with the soreness, and the tape ought to help it to stay motionless. like the first guy suggested, you're searching at 4-6 weeks to heal and the boot received't help with a toe fracture or stress fracture, although that is acceptable for fractures that require immobilizing the foot (you could wiggle your ft contained in the boot, acceptable? meaning that's no longer doing the interest you want it to do) Being as you're in song, you've purely bruised the toe. some deep tissue bruises received't discolor the floor and must be extra painful than a floor bruise. this is probably unable to be shown without an x-ray, yet on the grounds that there is no longer a lot they could do, both way, that's no longer fairly required, for my section. i'm no longer a wellness professional, although. i have purely damaged many bones over the years. get properly quickly!

There is a bone stimulator - but I don't know if it would be good on a stress fracture.
Other than that, eating right - especially foods that help provide calcium for strong bones, I would guess.
