Only if the coating does not contain animal products from non-kosher sources. That's not a joke - some industrial products, including certain polymers, are derived from animal sources.
Check with the manufacturer for more details and consult your Rabbi. If the quantity is trivial it may not matter.

For God sakes no! The production of PVC siding is one of the greatest creators of air pollution and noxious chemicals in North America. It has been linked to numerous forms of cancer not to mention higher instances of birth defects. Don't believe me?
