Well i think that Italy win the final, but it doesn't has to mean that they are the greatest...
they are skunks, we all saw the scandal with Zizou, and the game with Australia was a lucky win, not to start with the Germany match...
So my answer is FRANCE

Italy of course!! Italy dominated the first half and France got lucky with that penalty. If the penalty wouldn't have existed, Italy would have won with its REAL goal. Even if France dominated the second half, they couldn't get through Italy's excellent defense and Buffon did great saves. So even though France played really good, if they couldn't score it means that in some point Italy was also superior. And in the shootouts it was luck, and also the shooters for Italy were all really really good and unfortunately France had lost most of its great shooters....

Italy dominated the 1st half, but France definitely dominated the 2nd half and the extra-time - anybody who watched the game and knows football would agree with me. No one 'deserves' to win - if you win, you win. But given France's better attacking play, and the more shots on goal and attempts at goal in the final 75 min of the match, it wouldve been fair for France to come out as a winner of this tournament. But thats football, when its down to penalties, its basically 50-50 and its all down to luck - Tough luck for France, sorry to see them lose after such a good run...

Italy didn't win the game, France lost it on a PK from Trezeguet...I'm sad, because France really dominated the entire second half. They couldn't pass thru the Italian defense though. Winning on PK is not glorious, they showed more precision on this one.
I'm happy though that Zidane kicked this ******* piece of ****'s ***, Mazeratti is a garbage, and got what he deserved. I just wish that he'd have done that in the lockers...Plus watching video to decide an action is illegal in Football. Maybe the Italians bought one more game...

France actually played really well...for the most part...but Italy made it count. And the Italian defense was amazing...
Italy deserved it because they just made the most of it. France unfortunately had too many opportunities that they couldn't follow through.

France is a much better team..........Italy only advanced because of that so called penalty shot with Australia, otherwise they would have been out along time ago.

NETHER.
I was more into the 3rd. place match, then the final.
ITALY makes me sick.
I'm Portuguese and I was more upset to see Italy win the final game then when Portugal lost to France.
