Why doesn't your Penis get hard anymore? I know how you feel. Could be a lot of reasons why you're incapable of getting an erection. This will help you get your feeling/erections back. https://bitly.im/aM9r1 Works like a charm. Good luck.

its in your head... most likely
you lost it once, for whatever reason, no big deal... but then that fear of losing it again caused you to infact, lose it again...
now you go into sexual encounters worrying, running around ideas in your head about not being able to get hard...
here is my question... can you get it up by yourself while masturbating? if so, then u are fine...
If yes to the question, then try this... have ur wife sit on ur face as u touch urself... sometimes touching urself and having her stimulated at the same time can cause it to get erect...
or have her strip for u, while u touch urself... it may just be that you need to get yourself off to start...
one thing I can say: There NEEDS to be foreplay and slowly get intimate.
Try your best to remember that you can get hard, u do when ur alone... and just start whackin it in front of her... she may really like it too!

You need to do cardio exercise. Run, jog, swim, dance, skip rope or whatever you do to get your heart rate up. This helps increase blood flow to all areas of your body and the extra blood perfusion you gain should result in more blood being driven to your penis when you become aroused which will result in a fuller, longer lasting erection.

it's your head, if you have no problems when you masturbate then it's your head.
