You should really be tested for it. You may have it and not show symptoms for a long time. There are many programs out there to help people get tested most are free and confidential. Get tested it the only way to truly be sure.

You can't always tell. Some symptoms could be the same for other infections and even cancer. But you should get tested. You can go to your local health dept and probably get tested for free. I have a friend with AIDS and she has a full life so if this is a diagnosis, don't get discouraged.

The only 100% way is to get tested. You can search online for free clinics, or your regualar dr. can draw the blood and get it tested. Also, if you're under 18, don't worry, they can't tell your parents/guardian. They can't disclose any info about you to your parents when it's dealing with an STD.
