Iron fist, but try and keep it on the down low for a while until you get a lot of followers. Otherwise too many people will find out and try and stop you. Good luck. I'll be watching for you in the news :-)

showing compassion and fairness will only lead to ppl trying to go behind you and revolt.
You have to keep them on a short leash or they won't behave.
