two days ago I saw blood on news paper...I was thinking whether my bunny is sick or she is just menstruating. I only have my bunny for 6months. However my bunny should be 1year old or a bit more.

Female bunnies do not menstruate. It is possible that it could have been red urine rather than blood in the urine, but if you believe it might be blood, take her to the doctor.
I also agree that a female bunny should be "fixed". I always thought that it was dangerous, but learned that this is incorrect. Neutered bunnies are less aggressive as well. Although your bunny is still young, as she gets older, she may become more aggressive if she is not neutered. In addition, there is an overpopulation of bunnies and any chance that she may get pregnant is reason enough to have her "fixed".

No, female rabbits don't menstruate or have heat cycles. They are induced ovulators. Do NOT have her fixed...it has no benefits and any surgery on a rabbit is very risky. Pet bunny people mean well when they tell you this, but they are ignorant of basic rabbit science.
However, it is common for rabbits to occasionally have red urine. This is sometimes confused with bloody urine. Red urine is caused by certain proteins in the food and is absolutely harmless.

Rabbits do not have periods or heat cycles. They are induced ovulators which means they release the eggs when stimulated by mating with a buck. If your rabbit is bleeding or has blood on it in anyway, it is sick and needs attention. Rabbits do not bleed. No period/menstruation=no blood If the urine is just an "off" color like dark brown that is not a problem. A rabbits urine can range from light yellow to a dark reddish orange.

Rabbits like cats and dogs have heat cycles. They don't actually menstruate but going through those heat cycles can open the rabbit up to infections, you might want to get a rabbit fixed to cut down on the risks.

It's probably one of two things. Either she broke a toenail off and it is bleeding (a rabbit has five on each front foot and 4 on each back foot) or she could be pregnant or had a false pregnancy.

Yes, they do - but they're heat cycles, like dogs, not periods like people have. My female rabbit has them. Perfectly natural. Get her fixed if you don't want to deal with the mess. It will also help prevent mammary and ovarian cancers.

I've had mine for over 4 years and haven't seen her menstruating...
