While most men would sleep with most of their female "friends" if the woman "came on" to them, most women would NOT sleep with most men that they consider "just friends".
But why is this?

Men usually don't have unattractive female friends. Women don't choose their friends based on how they look. So women have attractive friends they will sleep with and unattractive ones that they won't. I would sleep with any of my single, attractive friends.

I think its because when men make friends with a girl its usually because they are already attracted to her in some physical way. When girls make guy friends its usually the guys that liked her but she didn't feel the same way in return. So then there are the male friends who you dont find attractive in any way and wouldn't sleep with and male friends who you can sleep with but dont like enough to be in a relationship with.

because for MOST men sex is just sex. and for MOST women there are feelings attached to sex.
