i suppose a fly swatter would work, but id vouch for little black mountains and hope the little black helicopters crash into them. or you could use a butterfly net.

an electric fly swatter. My dad got one at Ace Hardware. Not only are they fun, but the kill on contact!
Also, if you have a lot of flies in your house, you can buy, like, fly tape that you hang. It's basically really sticky and the flies stick to it and die, then you can just throw it away.
If a lot are in your house, you could just have a fly nest or something where the flies are just reproducing in your house.
I used to have LOTS of flies :(

Tin foil (not aluminum foil) but old fashioned TIN FOIL. Cut off little pieces, shape into balls and hurl willy-nilly at the little black helicopters.

Fill a squirt bottle with water and add water-color paint in a nice bright color. Then squirt the 'copters. Once they're not black, they lose all their powers, so they'll leave you alone.

If you have a perfume bottle with a sprayer that's cheap and has a good strong smell you can attract them and turn it into a flame thrower. Reeeeeaaaaalllll colorful!!!!
