Bonor, that's so corny it killed my dog.

My answer is probably not, unless you do it just right. It is a
highly HIGHLY competitive racket. My nephews have been doing it for years, and their still not making it. They buy equipment(buffers, shampooers, whatever) -it breaks down after a while, you constantly replace it. Or the van. or something. It's also
fairly hard work, your employees will for the most part be
inexperienced and unskilled and not too ambitious to do this kind of work, and the really big one: you've gotta' get those contracts.
My nephews got a local Walgreens thing going in the Midwest (except Walgreens is always slow in paying them- yet another problem, collecting) so they got lucky. You could to, theoretically,
for example ANY contract (this is gold, so listen up) to clean
ANYTHING in Las Vegas, for example, would be better than
winning the lottery. How would like the contract to clean the
drapes or shampoo the carpets at the MGM, with its, count 'em,
5,013 rooms?
So yeah, you can make a bundle. Just depends on how you
work it, WHERE you work it, what you're coming into it with (in terms of capital, expertise) and of course, your motivation.
How bad do you wan't to make this happen?

Hope this helped, now go clean up your act and come clean
with yourself...

Yes and no. First of all - you're going to have to find people who are willing to want to work in jobs like these. Sometimes the only ones willing to work at mininal wage or just above it are illegal aliens, but then you're now subjecting yourself to fines if you get caught.

You did not specify if your JS would be commerical or residential. Remember that if you do have a service - you'll get more jobs if you are bonded - so that's something you need to think about.

Other than that - I do believe that this type of service can be lucrative. Good Luck.
