So did France in 1998, when they beat Italy in the quarterfinals.

I guess PKs were a GREAT way to end a game back then ;-)

1994 :( sad memories
I was in the stadium in that match but I was young back then (16)

i would prefer the final, in any major football tournaments to be decided in normal time, i.e 90 minutes. penalties are really a cruel way to end a football match!!
