What?! Someone made the McDonald's comment before even I could. In that case, let me say that since some people claim the Russian Federation is located in Europe, and some say it's located in Asia. In that case, I am Russian, and, therefore, I must be approximately half Asian. However, I don't always eat rice...very rarely in fact. McDonald's doesn't offer rice, and trust me, I would know.

I don't think every asian eats rice all the time...but the ones I am friends with eat it at least a few times a week.

Rice is probably the most eaten food in the world, regardless of nationality. Americans consume huge quantities of rice, Mexicans, Cubans, All the world over, rice is consumed. Why be so silly? I don't think anybody ALWAYS eats anything.
I think you may have intended to propose your question differently.

Why the interest in Asian people?
The answer of course is no. Rice doesn't grow well throughout all of Asia.

No. I love steak. We eat rice occasionally, but heck, we'll go to Outback Steakhouse and Olive Garden like any other American.

My wife is Japanese and LOVES rice. She seriously couldn't live without it. It's incredible.
I guess we could kind of compare it to bread in the west (the breaking of bread). In Japan the word "gohan" means both meal and rice.
