They were incredible. Their songs were sooo good. The lyrics are great because they paint a picture. Sort of like The Rolling Stones' Honkey Tonk blues(I met a gin soaked bar room queen in Memphis) I used this comparison only for the "picture" or scene the song presents. If only we could have great lyrics like that now.....Miss it.....

I like just about every song on the Live at Central Park album. And yes The Boxer is probably my fav. Very inspiring! And i gotta agree with Gracie. The harmonies are great.

Yes, I love that song, Paul Simon is great. His songs are so calm and mellow, thats why I love that song, and many more. My daughter knew all the words to one of his songs when she was 2!! They don't make music like that anymore, and it's a shame.

Great song - they have some of the best all time music - Watch the movie "The Graduate" where that song as well as others became popular!

yea paul simon is one of my favorite musicians. the acoustic version of sound of silence is pretty good but i like songs like mrs. robinson and america a lot better. too bad those two split cause of money debates

I think those are their 2 best songs, also Bridge Over Troubled Water. They had a good chemistry together.

Compared to a poet like Paul Simon, most songwriters remind me of dogs -- all they do is bark, whine, snarl, sniff booty, and sh*t where they live.
