How many people regret leaving a relationship???

Any relationship....a marriage, boyfriend/gilfriend, friend, family??? Why do you regret it???

I have just recently separated getting a divorce. I regret it over the kids. It wasn't their fault and now they have to suffer because of my mistakes on my choice of marriage.
