The Portuguese Actually Got the Yahoo award for the Best Entertaining Team!! Why were all the media against Portugal?

because of cristiano ronaldo snitching on rooney, ohhhh the yahoo award i bet they are pleased then. entertaining in what way? i saw some entertaining dives and the portugal holland match was quite entertaining

Most entertaining team... maybe Germany or Argentina. Argentina had some of hte nicest goals of the tournament by far and were full of zest in every game. Germany was the home team and showed some real resilience compared to most teams. Portugal were a bunch of sniveling crybabies and divers... nothing entertaining there.

Because Portugal keeps kicking out the English. They always win over the brits. A the british media is powerful

i dunno, portugal were good, it shoudve been italy, becase they cheated in every single game. THey were diving all over the place and stopping the game because they claimed to be injured, but they weren't because 5 seconds later they would be fine again. They also were bad to the refs. did anyone see when an italian player, cant remember hu it was, grabbed the whistle out of the refs mouth when the ref attempted to call somthing against them?

Because their ethics were questionable. They instigated, they faked injuries to attempt to draw penalties, and they vociferously appealed to referees to try to gain calls against the opposition.
Basically, they tried to win not by being the best players, but by trying to stack the odds in their favor by any means necessary. This is extremely poor sportsmanship.

I do not think that "all the media were against PORTUGAL". They surprisingly reached the semi-finals.
