I want to know the best games to buy for the Gamecube. Old or new. If you know prices, then please add them.

---smash bros. melee is a must if you ever plan to play with friends.
Game stop has a lot of good GC games for really good prices. the other games are your taste. but heres kind lof a guide.
---M games- resident evil
---fantasy- final fantasy: crystal chronicles/ zelda wind waker
---sci fi- metroid (prime and prime 2:echoes)/ any one of a dozen starwars games/starfox games
---pokemon- pkmn colloseum/pkmn XD: gale of darkness
---multiplayer- kirby:airride/godzilla
---sports-sports games
---puzzle- pikmin (and pikmin 2)

Super Smash Brothers Melee is great even when you don't have someone to play against.
Paper Mario is a great series.
Pikmin and/or Pikmin 2 are good.
Personally I haven't played any Metroid games for GC, but lways hear good things.
Resident Evil 4
Mario Kart: Double Dash is great, but broing solo mode after you beat all the grand prix

Personally, I think that Super Smash Bros. Melee is the best game on the Gamecube....
Also, there's Metroid Prime, and Fifa Street...
I think they must be like $19.99 now that all the new systems are out...

Animal crossing....Super Smash Bros.....Mario Kart Double Dash....Metroid Prime and the Best!5 out of 5 best on the GC.........RESIDENT EVIL 4.I already beaten it over 15 times and still play it....Best Of 2005 also.
