why do people judge others?

yeah don't get me wrong i judge people to. But just the preppy one cuz i am a freaky/goth and i am being myself and preppy r just beong followers. donn't judge me by the way i look
. cuz there is more to know about me then u know. just because i wear the clothing doesn't meaning i am a devilworshiper or a killer. i have feelings and i am artistic and i have friends to. AND TO THE PREP I AM SORRY I AM JUST TRIED OF U ALL TALKING ABOUT US BEHIND OUR BACKS. THATS THE ONLY REASON WHY I TALK ABOUT YOU.

Well just because the preps dress like they do doesn't mean their followers, just like the way you dress doesn't make you a devilworshiper. But in my opinion if you dress a certain way that others dress, you are a follower. Its not how you dress that makes you different its how you think. Clothing is just a style and expression of how you want people to perceive you. If everyone was naked and bald and wore no make up would we all be the same..."NO" because it's the way we think that makes use different, not our style of clothing. I believe the only reason why people judge others is because there is something about that person there jealous of.

People judge to make themselves feel superior to the ones they judge.
I feel so sorry for goths; it's like you're all a brainwashed cult. I feel so sad to see pretty young girl defacing themselves to fit in to this horrid fad.
Strive to be individual and cultivate your own sense of style. Think about how goofy all the tattoos and piercings will look when you're 35 and in a real job, or to your children.

Because of insecurities, jealousy or they just think they are so much better, maybe daddy makes more money or something. Well honey that is daddies and it doesn't mean that everybody else is dirt. Don't let it get to you. I was Goth back in my teens and I loved it, I did not care what people would say. That was who I was, like it or lump it, I didn't care.

some ppl judge others to feel good about themselves
some do it as they are just used to, may be they raise in a family that they were doing it all the time
some other do it to put others down and make themselves look good

no matter why you do that, it will cause so many problem and break hearts....

the point is that no one likes to be judge, if we remember : do not judge if you do not want to be judge then no one will do that...

Well people judge others because there is something wrong with themselves that they fail to realize. We all judge each other no matter what. Sometimes it is out of jealousy sometimes not.

I personally think we judge others due to the fact we see inadequacies in ourselves. In order to build ourselves up we have to put others down. I think the whole world is guilty of judging at one point or another.
