The same as with previous versions of Photoshop, use the crop tool.

i think you should have done the same work like the previous versions of photoshop.
select the image using crop tool and press enter.
or
select the image using selection tools (rectangular/elliptical marquee tool, lasso, polygonal lasso, magnetic lasso) then goto image menu then click on crop.

pc: control c, you'll get a box that you can adjust to crop. double click seals the deal.
mac: apple c

I think you need to go to cut tool, then choose any thing you want from pic, and double click.
