There is no quick way, and if you ever hope to achieve this you need to be aware that it requires sacrifice! You need to stop drinking beer. You need to stop drinking high carb fluids like soda. You need to eat healthy (NO FASTFOOD!) and you need to start a serious and committed training program, preferably either with someone, or at a gym you're paying so much for that you have to go! The good news is that the health benifits (and not to mention the sexual benifits) are endless!

You could tape a picture of six pack abs to your beer belly. Or just tape the plastic ring from the six pack in the same location. At least then people will know where the belly cam from.

Stop drinking beer! Do some sit-ups and cardio at least 3 days a week :) Good Luck!

you would have to combine diet, weight-training, and aerobic activity.

It would be well worth it to get a nutritionist and personal trainer - assuming that you could find a competant personal trainer. The best ones are typically found at gym full of serious strength athletes. Many certified trainers are not very knowledgeable.

stay away from diet pills and fad diets - they are a complete waste of money.

I'm not really a doctor but i think the diagnosis for this one is stop drinking and being lazy on the couch and go out and play

by not drinkin beer. oh yeah and the hard and not so fun stuff like running, and crunches. Body balls and really good so is the ab lounge.
