Why does the back top of my head sweat when I eat hot and spicy foods.?

My forehead does not sweat at all, but just the top back of my head sweats.

I have never heard of that. Everyone's body is different. Your sweat glans just react in different places than other peoples sweat glans.

It depends on the distribution of sweat glands and how they react to stimuli. Yours are sensitive to hot and spicy sensations.

depends on how your body deals with the spices. i know that happens to others as well
