I hate to say it, but it sounds re-dam-diculous. Your best bet is to quit while you're ahead, It's a cavalier for god's sake. an econo box. Just keep it as your good gas mileage, daily driver, that's what it's good for. The money you've already dumped into that thing you could have put into a light V-8 car and be in the 11's or 12's instead of 15's (optimistic). Besides four bangers and weak and sound like sh*t. Good luck, keep on hot rodding but you might want to re-focus. Just my opinion. In the mean time go lo laughatrice.com and ricecop.com and see some "bad ***" four cylinders. he he

Yikes! With that long list of stuff, about the only thing left is to run when you have a tailwind.

It looks like you are mechanically pimped, (except maybe gear ratio, I don't see anything about that on the list) so all that is actually left is weight reduction. Any body panels that can be replaced with fiberglass, for instance (hood? trunk?) lighter seats, remove anything not needed etc.

If all else fails, you can wax your fan blades to reduce friction with the air, but I think you have an electric fan so the power saving would be minimal.

Well, are running this car as a strip car or will it a driver also? If it will be on the strip only, then EVERYTHING that you won't need for speed and safety, REMOVE! I also did not see a battery relocation kit listed, so move the battery to the rear.

find ways to drop weight a good rule of thumb is every 100lbs is equil to 1 hp and in the quarter mile every hp counts. look into your doors and trunk. lose extra seats, and plastic windows are lighter than glass.

maybe try a fiberglass hood or fenders . try cut outs for your exhaust. lighten the car as much as possible. take out passenger seat /rear seats? good luck with that.
