They conduct classes in 4-5 centers in Delhi. One of them may be in East Delhi (Although I am not sure). For sure they do cinduct classes in IIT campus (if that is not too far from your place). My elder bro use to learn it from there about 6 months back. He said it was awesome.
You may also try out Delhi School of Music in Dhaula Kuan. That is very good too

try teaching your self,
go to your local music store...if there is one get a beginner book,
If you want a teacher ask if they can recomed anyone.
Or check at a local jr. college.
