It supports neither Crossfire nor SLi. The thing is, when you buy a motherboard, it has to say supports SLi or supports Crossfire and it will have two PCIe x16 slots. But, most motherboards will only support PCIe x8 mode when operating two graphics cards. You should look for one that explicitly states supports dual PCIe x16 mode. An example of one that does is the Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe (Gaming Edition). You'll pay for it at about $200 but its worth every penny. And the good news it, it will support your memory and processor. You can find it here, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131568

Note, for the time being PCIe x1 and x4 slots are basically useless. Yeah, you could put a supported network card in it but it's no better than a regular PCI network card. The only useful PCIe slots are x16 and they are only for graphics, all the other PCIe slots are useless.

No. You'll need to buy a new motherboard to get SLI.
Try the ASUS A8N-SLI, though you'll lose the little extra speed from the nForce 4 Ultra chipset.

Or just go for the gusto and get an ASUS A8N32-SLI-Delux. That has SLI with 16x support for each video slot where typical SLI setups split the 16x between the 2 slots giving only 8x for each slot.
