she doesnt HAVE to sign them... you will be automatically divorced. I never signed mine

The court will help, you just have to explain why you need a divorce, and the judge will decide... she might not even have to BE there... Some states only require you to put an Ad in the Paper (really!) And if she does not answer this Ad, you can become divorced.

I am not sure of the term, but you can file them without her signature. Many people have done it, if you are doing this divorce yourself than you could probably call the local legal service provided by the state or county in which you live. Sorry about the divorce its tough but best of luck

After a certain number of days, if she doesn't sign them, they will still divorce you. I think it's 30 days, or 60 days, something like that.

I have no clue on this one but i think you can get her to sign them through the courts if you really wont her to sign asap. Maybe she just needs a little more time. Speak to your lawyer and see what he says. Good luck hope she signs them soon for you

The Judge can over rule her decision...If she doesn't show up to court he will grant you a divorce... Thats how they do it when you can't find the other person to sign the forms...

she don't have to sign the divorce papers,you can still get your divorce without her signing them.My ex husband did not sign mine and i got my divorce.

the truth is if she doesnot then it becomes uncontested and the court will grant you the divorce
