Nope. the Guinness book of Records have a woman who has become known as norma stitz as the woman with the world's largest natural (as in not implanted) breasts.
There are many women with larger boobs than dolly, most of them seem to be quite large, however women like Milena Velba www.milenavelba.de have very large natural breasts with a slimmer body frame.
