I'd say late this year to early next year (3-6 months) for the second one

The first movie has officially been out on DVD for quite a while.
If by some chance you see a copy of Pirates 2: Dead Man's Chest on DVD before this Christmas, it's a safe bet it's an illegal bootleg/pirated copy that you do not want to be caught in possession of.

The second one is in movie theatres. The first one was out a long time ago.
It's not anywhere near soon. Probably in several months.
