Yeah, that one was a bit tricky but here is the solution, http://www.thepangburns.com/jesse/3dLogicImages/16.jpg and level 17 was just as frustrating for me.

I got to 15 and gave up... my game is still saved if you can help me past 15 I may be help on 16
