No judgment shall be passed on your chosen method of birth control. I'm sure you've heard it all by now. The only way the withdrawal method will affect an erection is if the owner of the erection created a psychological connection between being able to ejaculate inside their partner and getting an erection. In this case an individual may feel that they're not really having sex, or having it the way they want it, which may make them lose their erection or make it difficult to achieve. In the same vein, having sex in this manner may impact an individual's ability to get and maintain an erection if they know they are going to be ejaculating inside their partner when they had always withdrawn before.

If you're using the withdrawal method as your main method of birth control I hope you have a place with an extra room for the baby that you're going to have moving into your life real soon.

Your ED issue is likely caused by the stress this is causing you.

Put a jacket on it dude!

no it does not but there are disadvantage:
The difficulty of using the method correctly makes it a poor choice of birth control for many couples. Even when it is practiced correctly, it can be frustrating for the couple.

Withdrawal is also largely ineffective in the prevention of STDs, since pre-ejaculate may carry viral particles or bacteria which may infect the partner should the fluid come in contact with mucous membranes. However, a reduction in the volume of bodily fluids exchanged during intercourse may reduce the likelihood of disease transmission due to the smaller number of pathogens present

How do you feel about that method? Are you utterly convinced it's effective (which it actually isn't, by the way), or are you kind of worrying or stressing the whole time you're having sex? Anxiety/stress/worry can cause erectile problems. I'd suggest you wear a condom and see if it happens when you don't have to worry so much about getting out in time. If it still happens, see a doctor about ED.

I bet you play Russian roulette too! I would have to assume one of you is sterile. I tried that method long ago and now I have a son. Know what they call a man that doesn't practice safe sex? Daddy!!!! Sure you don't want any kids? Get a vasectomy, I did and I can recommend it
