Kids always have to blame someone when it comes to divorce. Believe it or not, as old as they are, just the fact that you and your husband are divorcing (whatever the reason may be) is also very painful for them as well.
For them, it is the ending of their family as they once knew it. That can create a lot of conflicting emotions for them. Feelings of sadness, anger, and abandonment are not uncommon. Give them time to mourn the sense of loss they are feeling right now. Let them know that you understand what they must be feeling during this very difficult time, but that you still love them, and that you'll still be there for them the same as before. Be patient and eventually they will come around.
Peace~*

That's a tough one. They are adults, and can do what/live where they like.
Did your soon to be ex poison them against you? Do they want you to stay in the marriage, and that's why they aren't speaking to you? Did something YOU did cause the marriage to fail?
What to do depends on many things not mentioned here.....
One thing needs to be considered - it this divorce the right thing for you to do for you? The "staying together for the children" rationale no longer holds you in a bad marriage.
But, if something you did caused your spouse to sue you for divorce, to destroy your marriage - you may never get them "back on your side."
Only you know the answers to the above - and only you can answer yoour question.

If you are leaving an unhealthy situation and trying to make things right in your life then they need to grow up and not be selfish. Divorce is always hard. But, they are old enough for you to stop sacarficing your own happiness and mental health.

They are hurting right now. Let them know you love them and you will always be there for them. They need an outlet for their anger and resentment and unfortuantely you are the bad guy right now. You might want to consider counseling for all of you.
