Genetics of cancer?

Question

Several factors can act synergistically to produce cancer in a step-wise fashion. Name some of these factors and give examples of the cancers.

Genetic mutation= if there is a genetic mutation of the chromosome 13(i think) that results in an untreatable deadly eye cancer.
Genetic= breast cancer
carcinogens= lung cancer
weak immune system= cervical cancer, lymphomas
sun= skin cancer(melanoma)
radiation= skin cancer and many others
viruses= T cell leukaemia caused by Human T cell leukaemia virus
Age= cancer becomes more common with older age
Oncogene= they are the cancer genes which are abnormal and multiply unstoppably.
