No, but it can decrease mens ability to see well in low-light areas. Semen is high in zinc, and zinc is necessary to help people see well at night. Men who have sex or masturbate even just two or three times in one day can experience a deficiency in zinc. The effect probably may not become serious unless you masturbate cronicly.
