Really, we cannot say unless we have met them personally. This will always be the debate of news magazines. The answer cannot really be a fact about them, it will alwys be an opinion. That is not disregarding their great works, which is another bebate of what works are most beneficial, and again you won't have a factual answer to write in stone. If you think you have found a great leader and want someone to guess it, you should have asked if we feel that leaders works are in our opinion, good.

The legends clearly indicates that remarkable roles of the 5 great people whom I introduce below. In addition to that, they have done different roles in the different fields.The value of roles that they have done is still remained in the world so I wish to introduce them as great leaders.

If you define "great leader" in terms of ability to motivate people, regardless of the purpose, then yes, Hitler would be on the list.
Personally, though, I take the purpose into account. "Great leaders" to me involve great courage, sacrifice, and benevolent intent, not just great power. This of course, excludes Hitler.

Boy, it was tough to narrow it down to five, but think about the lasting contributions they made. I would have to say that I am conflicted but given the exceedingly narrow scope of the question... gotta stick with my answer.
