No. It's a scam. If you didn't personally buy a lottery ticket in Spain then you cannot win anything. These emails are simply preying on the greed and lack of common sense of others. If you reply as they suggest, you will find yourself being asked for money in order to claim the prize. The only thing that's guaranteed is that you won't see the prize or your money again.

There are no legitimate web lotteries, they are scams. If you didn't buy a ticket how can you have won? Then you have to give them your bank account details and name and address "so they can pay you" then they ask for money "to process your claim".
So you end up paying them for the privilege of having your identity stolen. They then play fast and loose with credit cards that are in your name.

Set your e-mail preferences to receive e-mails as plain text only, and don't even open ones like this. If its in HTML, when you open it it can use a piece of java script to phone home and let them know yours is a valid and active address. Your address then gets sold on lists that pass around spammers and scammers.

It is likely that even if you did you could not collect as most lotteries you have to be a citizen or resident of that country to be able to claim
