Pro Forma FedEx....Help!!?

Question

I am trying to send a package through FedEx and I packed the box myself, I think it is going through FedEx and the USPS and they have Pro Forma sheets that came along with the email. Where do they go? I think this box is going to Nigeria. Do they go outside the box with the label, or do I put them inside with what I'm trying to send? I don't know. HELP!!

take it to a fedex shipping point...you will need to fill out customs form or its not going anywhere...there gonna wanna see your ID anyway
