Decide on who is going to do what any hold each other responsible for doing that job. Make sure you both have a goal that you want to obtain and be on the same page about it. Take time to set down and write what your values are and where you want to be at in five years from now. Me and my wife have done this for ten years now and have made a very good living at doing this. It may get a little rough at first but hang in there it will pay off in the long run. The key is sweat equity and other peoples money. dont tie your credit up when you can use someone elses (i.e. contract for deed). Good Luck.
