Eating healthy and being happy is the best thing you can do for your child and yourself. Your nausea will lessen, your emotional outrages, your energy level will rise, and much more.
beforeI give you a list of foods, I would highly suggest staying away from fish. I know fish is healthy but the way we've polluted our ocean has caused fish to be highly contaminated. The only fish I know that is not is wild alaskan salmon. For soem reason, women like tuna and tuna has a very high mercury level. if you eat fish, eat the wild alaskan salmon, if you eat no fish, make sure you are on fish oil or krill oil. This is the most deficient thing we are in as well as sunlight.
Sunlight will help your baby grow and help you have a full term pregnancy.
Eating healthy means different things to everyone. I've done tons of research and the entire fat makes you fat is a myth.
Stay away from grains and sugar. If you can hold back ont hese for three days, you will kick your addiction to grains and sugar.
Use organic olive oil or coconut oil for cooking, yes, coconut oil.
Also, get an iron casket skillet, do not use teflon skillets, they contain aluminum.
Eat plenty of vegetables (preferably organic), good amount of protien (organic as well), and berries three times a week if you have no other health issues.
Stay away from splenda, equal, etc. Real sugar is better if youhad a choice. Stevia is better. But try not to use so much.
here's a list of superfoods and healthy foods:

Avocado
Spinach
Berries (all kinds)
Kale
Mustard Greens
Ostrich Meat
Meat
flaxseed
nuts and seeds
guava
kiwi
beans
white cheeses
green tea
hummus
tabouli
basmati rice
green beans

and many more, e-mail me if you'd like more info.

I would supplement with a mutlivitmain but a good one.
Don't forget fish oil/krill oil!!!

What you need most is protein. Most pregant women do not get enough protein, and it's essential for a healthy baby. Also, lots of fruits and veggies! Anything that's good for your health, is good for the baby's health. Stay away from spicy foods, and of course alcohol and cigarettes!!

Why not do a little research, huh? Why ask for our opinions about what is healthy for your baby? We are not doctors or nutritionists, or we wouldnt be wasting our time answering idiotic questions online.

Stop being lazy and read a book.
