A good example of ideal are male models. They are tall and not undernourished like female models. I guess around 6'2" to 6'4" and not over 210-215 lb.
But hey, that's the perfect size for me, don't know what other women think

I like variety! I have dated men 5'7- 6'4- thin and in dammmmmmmmmn fine shape from working out...
although I have never dated a heavy man.... maybe because I am always doing and going and they would slow me down?

That depends on the woman your asking. Me 6-7.5 inches is good.
