There are a couple of reasons this could be:

1. The feeder could be too small causing the rabbit to rub off it's fur when it puts its head in the feeder. Get a feeder with a bigger mouth. This is common on rabbits with large square heads such as lops.

2. If another rabbit (including babies), are in with the rabbit the other rabbit could be chewing the fur off. Separate the rabbits.

3. If the rabbit has a dewlap (fur flab under the chin), water could be accumulating on the fur and mold on the fur could be part of the problem. You could either go to a bottled waterer or put a tennis ball in the water bowl. The tennis ball helps keep the rabbit's dewlap out of the water.

4. The rabbit could be pulling fur to have babies.

5. The rabbit could have fur mites.

6. The rabbit's diet may not be correct and it may be lacking fiber or protein.

7. The rabbit could have an abscess under it's chin. Feel under the chin for a lump under the rabbit's chin. If it has a lump, take it to a vet to have the vet lance it and give it antibiotic to cure the infection.

She could have fur mites or she is over grooming. Either way I would bring her to the vet.
