sounds like the tires need to be balanced.

No. If it was rotor warpage, the vibration would only happen when you were applying the brake, because what you feel in that case is the pads grabbing on the rotor.
The vibration you are feeling is either a wheel bearing or wheel balance issue. Do you hear constant a low growl/groan noise that gets worse when you brake? That is the sound of a loose wheel bearing. Otherwise, you've got four possibilities: a bad balance issue, loose wheel lug nuts, loose brake retaining nut (if you have rear drums) or a need of tire rotation.
Wheel bearings are a serious issue. If you don't attend to them quick enough, they will seize, which could damage your axle. See a reputable, ASE-certified mechanic about your car immediately. Have them do a thorough brake and suspension inspection on your car.

this could be loose ball joints jack up the front wheels one at a time and try to shake or shift the wheels out at the top or bottom if no play in the tires then its not a ball joint or tie rod end,, if its a bad axle or half shaft that drives the car then the wheels will give a clicking sound thats worse on turns ,, if the brakes are bad the car will pull to the side one way or the other when you brake and slideing or swishing sounds from the metal discs or the metal backs of the pads will be heard ,,, theres another concern when the wheel is out of balance from the loss of a tire balancing wieght the wheel will roar and or pull against the steering wheel why not go to a local garage thats open and ask them for a free safety inspection they will diagnose any problems for free then give you a written estimate of the repairs ,,then go to a friend or some place cheaper for the same repairs, i've got friends that help me work on my cars

Your rotors are warped take it to you mechanic and have them grew to become if a threat meaning there's a minimum thickness that they are able to be machined to till now they might desire to get replaced. What got here approximately grew to become into in case you had your tires grew to become around or had the wheels off for any reason they used an effect gun to tighten the lugnnuts and have been given them to tight maximum places use a torque stick on there effect weapons whilst they tighten them back up and that usually solves the problem of warped rotors such as you have your motor vehicle is risk-free to tension purely get it fastened once you are able to

Yes definitely. That is how my car felt before I got new brakes and new rotors put on my car. If you keep driving it like that, it screws up the tires too, which you will also have to replace.

No, get your tires balanced and the front end checked. Warped brakes and rotors would cause a pulsating brake pedal when stopping.

Brakes/rotors can make the car seem unbalanced, but it could also be a number of other things such as a bearing or it could simply be out of line.

only when you apply the brakes and you get the shimmy, otherwise if you do not apply the brakes then you may need a high speed tire balance or front end parts may be worn. If it only shimmys with the brakes applied you can narrow down either the front or rear brakes by applying the e-brake. If it shimmys with the e-brake, then your rear brakes are causing the shimmy. If it does not shimmy with the e-brake, then your front brakes are the culprits.
Good Luck

IF YOU ARE DRIVING AT SLOWER SPEED'S AND THE CAR DOE'S NOT SHAKE IS BAD.IF THE CAR SHAKES AT HIGHER SPEED'S REALLY BAD.THAT MEANS THAT THE TIRE'S NEED TO BE BALANCE.(TRY THIS TO), IF YOU HEAR A NOISE FROM THE FRONT OF THE CAR.IF THE NOISE GET'S LOUDER THE FASTER YOU GO.IT IS YOUR WHEEL BEARING'S.BESIDES THE BRAKE ROTOR'S BEING WARPED.WOULD ONLY MAKE THE SHAKE WHEN YOU CAME TO A STOP.

It shouldn't until you hit your brakes. The problem is probably that your tires are out of balance. Check to see if your lug nuts are tight.

The car would shimmy a bit but should smooth out at a fast speed.
