Because all Starbucks are owned by Starbucks self. No franchising... Holland is a coffee drinking nation and therefore it is really strange that Starbucks has no branch in Holland. I have checked with the company, but they do not intend to open a branch in Holland.... An meanwhile Starbucks look-alikes are opening up more and more stores

I guy I know wanted to open a Starbucks in Holland but he didnt got the agreement from them. Starbucks just isnt interested in Holland.

nor in France, nor in Belgium . . why, because we adore really great coffee which we recieve in lovely porcelain cups with a lovely specula next to it ; . starbucks is a crappy cup of coffee in a styrofoam cup with nothing but attitude . . you can't sell that stuff to the Northern Europeans, we know better
