Look at some of these people making these claims. Im in Iraq and dodging bullets while I type or Im an atty in NYC at the biggest firm and I know more than you, etc etc....What is it with some of these fools? Why do people try to impress people they will never meet? Thats beyond human nature, isnt it?

People like to feel powerful, even if those that they are flexing their power in front of are people that they will never meet, it stil makes them feel pwerful. I do not care who your are, what you do, or where you are from, your opinion on a question is just that, your opinion. Nothing more and nothing les. You could be the world's smartest person and still be completely wrong in your opinion of something. People that flex their authority muscles like that are just showing off to make themselves feel good. I respect those that are truly in those positions and situations, but it still does not make their opinion any better than anyone else's. Experience aids in perception, but it does not warrant a person being arrogant about anything that they believe that they know.

Same reason you do it. You try to imagine how women on Yahoo look, whome you've never met either. I've seen some of your posts. Shouldn't be throwing rocks from a glass house buddy. Yikes!

I doubt that half of them are even who they say they are. People like to do two things:

1. make themselves sound more important than they really are.
2. hide behind a computer screen and pretend they're someone else.

I don't know WHY. Insecurity, perhaps?

Heroes. People are inordinately proud. Pride causes them to do and say foolish things...
