Sweetie if you really want some good metal them go back a few decades. Listen to Metallica when Cliff Burton was playing bass, Black Sabbath with Ozzy, Led Zep, Pantera, Tool, Slayer maybe a little ACDC. All of their older stuff is awesome. Even though Distured and Slipknot are good bands you got to listen to how it all got started.

I don't know what you like, but my favorite metal bands have always been Pantera, Slayer, Lamb of God and Meshuggah. Go to Blabbermouth.com to get some ideas. It's the CNN of heavy metal.

Sub Dub Micromachine, Ra, Otep(really good), check out a streaming station on Winamp called ChronixAggression, it has alot of really good metal. Some new, some old like Slayer and Sepultura. Good ****!
