It would help if you were more specific. What areas are you most concerned about?
Here are some basic tips that can be applied to almost everyone:
Use a concealor that is one shade lighter than your natural skin tone. A cream based one has more coverage. Use it with your pinkie or a small concealor brush to apply under your eyes (lightly!), the sides of your nose if you want to make it appear slimmer, and any other blemishes. Always use sparingly, you can add more easier than you can take it off.
Eyeshadows need to be applied sparingly as well, and add a little at a time until you get the effect you want. Use lighter colors on your lower lid, and a darker contouring eyeshadow on the brow bone. Make sure you follow the natural shape of the brow bone above your eye. You don't need to completely close your eye to do this. Finally a highlighter goes under the brow (also a lighter color, a very light color). Use an eyelash curler with caution to create fuller eyelashes, and never apply more mascara after the first layer dries, it looks horrible.
Use a light blush that appears natural and apply lightly to your cheekbones and anywhere you naturally blush.
Do not use heavy eyeshadow and lipstick at the same time, choose one that you want to show off and make the other a lighter color that's not dramatic. Also, eyeliner is a great thing if you can master the art. Carefully line the base of your upper lashes with a thin line that gets slightly thicker at the ends of your eyes (the outer edge). If you want catty eyes, go up a little and slightly past your eye with the eyeliner. Start out with a pencil, which is easier to use. Q-tips and some unscented lotion (very teeny amount) can help smooth it out and remove some smudges.
Have fun, and if you have more specific questions add to your question!

Well that is a very open question. What kind of make-up tips do you need? One good tip is less is more, unless you really feel that you need it. For good make-up tips you can get them at www.covergirl.com even if you don't use covergirl make-up the website still gives really good tips on how to apply the make-up!

In my personal opinion a little bit goes a long way.I wear a light foundation a little bronzer on nose cheeks and forehead, then a light color lip gloss, cream eyeshadow, and black eyeliner and you are good to go.

Work in good light. Make sure that everything looks as natural as you can make it, except maybe for parties. Less is more.
