For the 16 yr old I would say 10pm curfew. For the 18 yr old I would say 12 midnight. The reason for that is at 16 they still need more rest for the day ahead, especially during school days. And at 18 they are still too young to go to the clubs and bars, after 12 midnight there is nothing for them to do but get into trouble.

We don't have a curfew, but it's because my parents always know where we are. As long as they know we're not doing something bad, we can stay out late, but I'd say 11:00 is a good time, maybe later for the 18 year old, he's practically an adult.

If they are still in school they should be in the house by 10:00pm (to prepare for school the next day) The 18 year old should have a curfew of midnight...11:00pm if he has to get up and go to work the next morning...and hopefully he DOES have a job and is paying rent...right?

I'm 16 and my curfew is 10 on school nights and 1 in summer or weekends.

I think on week nights [ school nights ] should be between 10-10:30...on summer and weekends between 11:30- 12:00...in all 50 states anyone below the age of 18 are not allowed to be out after 12 unless you are with a legal gardian/parent

For a sixteen year old (as my parents have set it) the curfew is no later than ten thirty. For an eighteen year old it's eleven. My parents are the type of people that even if you have your own car and you wake up late, your the one to deal with to have to get to school on time.
